Course description: Yoga, the oldest Indian science of life, teaches one to bring their personality under control. Yoga integrates the personality. A personality has five levels: physical, mental, intellectual, emotional and spiritual. Asanas lubricate the body. They keep the muscles and joints running smoothly, tone all the internal organs and increase circulation without creating fatigue. Through Pranayama, i.e. Yogic breathing, one can control one’s mind, calm down ones emotional imbalances and cultivate intelligence.
