In addition, we have several spaces/classrooms of varying size, as well as our library and art gallery, which are available for hire.

Guest Rooms

After the completion of the recent Millenium extension we now have 4 comfortable guest rooms. Three of these are en suite with each room having its own toilet and shower facilities. The en suite facilities in one of these rooms have been adapted to make access easier for the disabled.

All of Bhavan’s guest rooms are available for outside booking at favourable rates. Rates include accommodation and continental breakfast. Please use the on-line form to register your interest.

Classrooms

The Bhavan is primarily a teaching institute and thus is equipped with classrooms of different sizes. These are in use during the evenings on weekdays and all day during weekends. At other times they are available for hire, either as meeting rooms or as classrooms.

Dance Studios

The Bhavan has two dance studios, both well lit and fully mirrored. These are available for hire for practice. A number of major dance companies have used our facilities for their preparations.

Library

The Bhavan’s Megraj Library is currently being re-organised and books are being catalogued to be used for reference only. It provides a space on the Bhavan’s premises for students to read and study in peace.


Canteen

We have a large kitchen and an adjoining canteen which can be used to prepare and serve food during events. On the weekends lunch and snacks are available here during the daytime.

The canteen is a spacious area with room for people to sit down and relax.

Please note that the preparation or consumption of meat or alcohol and smoking are prohibited anywhere on Bhavan’s premises.

On weekends, during term-time, vegetarian Indian snacks and meals are provided at a very reasonable rate in our canteen.
