Three days of teaching and beautiful practices on yoga and relationship: relationships we have with our self, with others, with our environment, and with the divine or source consciousness. Participants will be helped to realise their own energetic blocks undermining their ability to connect, and understand how these can be addressed through the tools of yoga. The seminar is suitable for all on a spiritual path who want to connect better with themselves, others and/or the divine. It is also highly recommended for anyone wanting to heal, either from life experiences or from inherited family traumas, taking us deep into yoga therapy.
