We will look at how this art form has been passed down through g enerations and how stories are brought to life through patterns\, colours\ , and symbols.\n\nParticipants will create their own Madhubani-inspired ar twork using traditional motifs such as flowers\, birds\, fish\, trees\, bo rders\, and decorative patterns. The workshop will encourage everyone to a dd their own personal interpretation\, making each artwork unique.\n\nWarl i Art Workshop - Sun 19 Jul | 2.00pm - 5.00pm | £40:\n\nIn this workshop\ , participants will be introduced to the history\, symbols\, and storytell ing traditions of Warli art. Using simple shapes such as lines\, circles\, triangles\, and figures\, we will explore how Warli artists tell stories of everyday life\, nature\, rituals\, celebration\, and community.\n\nPart icipants will then create their own Warli-inspired artwork\, combining tra ditional techniques with their own imagination and personal story. The ses sion is designed to be relaxed\, enjoyable\, and meaningful\, giving every one the chance to connect with Indian folk art through creativity and stor ytelling.\n\nNote: This workshop is suitable for ages 15+. No prior drawi ng or art experience is needed. All materials and guide books will be pro vided.\n\n\n\n\nAbout the artist:\n\nSayali Dongre is an Indian artist\, d esigner\, and storyteller based in London. Her practice focuses on Indian folk traditions\, cultural storytelling\, and creative education.
